HR Business Partner

Job Description

The HR Business Partner will support employee engagement, organizational development, and HR strategy for global teams. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure talent alignment, culture growth, and compliance with international employment standards.

Key Duties

• Partner with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Lead performance reviews, compensation planning, and talent development.
• Implement policies that strengthen retention and employee satisfaction.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies.
• Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or business management.
• 5+ years of experience in HR business partnering or talent management.
• Strong knowledge of employment law across multiple regions.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
