Job Description

The Finance Manager oversees global financial operations, ensuring compliance, profitability, and transparency across all business units. This strategic role requires strong leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and cross-border reporting to support Silent Breach’s continued international expansion.

Key Duties

• Manage regional finance teams and ensure consistent global reporting.
• Oversee audits, tax filings, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive budget planning and resource allocation for all departments.
• Monitor cash flow, capital expenditures, and profitability trends.
• Provide leadership insights for mergers, acquisitions, and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with executive leadership on investor and board reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• 7+ years of financial management experience, ideally in a global tech firm.
• Deep knowledge of international tax and accounting regulations.
• Advanced skills in ERP and financial planning systems.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and communication abilities.
