Finance Analyst

Job Description

The Finance Analyst supports financial planning, forecasting, and operational efficiency across Silent Breach’s global offices. This role will analyze performance metrics, manage reporting cycles, and provide insights that drive data-driven decision-making and sustainable growth.

Key Duties

• Develop financial models and monitor P&L performance across regions.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist in variance analysis.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with department leads to track costs and optimize spending.
• Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Assist in compliance with tax, audit, and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI or Tableau).
• Familiarity with GAAP or IFRS accounting principles.
• Analytical thinker with excellent communication skills.
