Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will identify, attract, and hire top cybersecurity professionals across global offices. This role blends creative sourcing, brand storytelling, and deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry to build elite teams for Silent Breach’s expanding operations.

Key Duties

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with leadership to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach global cybersecurity talent.
• Build relationships with universities, events, and professional networks.
• Maintain strong candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
• Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical or cybersecurity recruitment.
• Proven success hiring across multiple geographies and disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
