Senior Penetration Tester

Job Description

The Senior Penetration Tester leads high-impact red team operations, identifying exploitable vulnerabilities across networks, applications, and cloud infrastructure. This position combines technical mastery, creativity, and leadership to simulate real-world adversaries and help clients fortify their defenses.

Key Duties

• Lead end-to-end penetration testing engagements across diverse environments.
• Conduct exploit development and advanced lateral movement exercises.
• Collaborate with clients to scope and prioritize testing objectives.
• Produce detailed technical findings and executive remediation reports.
• Mentor junior testers and contribute to internal research initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of penetration testing or red team experience.
• Expert knowledge of network, web app, and cloud exploitation techniques.
• Proficiency with tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, and custom scripts.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, OSINT, and social engineering tactics.
• Certifications like OSCP, OSWE, or CRTP are highly preferred.
